Facebook's struggling stock posted the biggest single-day gain after the social networking service reported strong earnings for the last quarter, The New York Times reports. CNET reports that the stock rally boosted Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's net worth by $2 billion.

Reuters reports that an Iranian mobile phone operator linked to China's Huawei tech firm, which is under scrutiny by congressional investigators, allegedly tried to sell embargoed U.S. antenna equipment to an Iranian company.
