All Things D reports that a Justice Department probe into cable firms could lead to higher broadband bills.

LightSquared has reached a deal with its creditors that will keep the wholesale broadband provider from having to liquidate, Bloomberg reports.

A federal judge is allowing a lawsuit to proceed against Apple that alleges it allowed advertisers to track users of the company's iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch mobile devcies, according to Reuters.
