CNET reports that Facebook shareholders have sued the social networking service, its CEO Mark Zuckerberg and several banks, claiming crucial information about the company's IPO was withheld from potential investors.

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer says intellectual property protection in China is still weak, according to Bloomberg.

The French privacy commissioner is seeking more details from Google on its collection of personal data from its users, the Wall Street Journal reports.
