Net Neutrality Comes to a Vote, After Threats

Tuesday's House floor debate on the net neutrality issue, scheduled to begin sometime after noon, may be the last hurrah for this particular GOP-backed resolution. An identical measure has been introduced in the Senate, but it is not expected to gain traction there.
