Google Submits to DoJ Oversight - Bloomberg

Google Inc. has agreed to Justice Department monitoring of travel search and services in return for approval of its $700 million purchase of ITA Software Inc., Bloomberg reports.

The news agency cites "two people familiar with the matter" as saying Google has also agreed to compulsory licensing and have to create firewalls on client data.
