T&I Democrats Left Off Portrait E-mail

According to ranking member Nick Rahall, D-W.Va., committee chairman John Mica, R-Fla., forgot to include Democrats on the e-mail inviting them to the pose for the official committee portrait. "Only Republicans showed up," he said Wednesday.

Mica didn't dispute the account, and the portrait shot is being rescheduled for a time when all committee members can be there.
