The percentage of Americans who rate Congress' honesty as very high is just 10 percent, according to a new Gallup poll. The lowest honesty rating belongs to car salespeople, at 8 percent. 

The House GOP is meeting with governors and business leaders over the fiscal cliff this week, The Hill reports.
