News Roundup: Congress Stays Steady With Low Honesty Rating

Happy Monday, Alley readers. Here are the early headlines. 

The percentage of Americans who rate Congress' honesty as very high is just 10 percent, according to a new Gallup poll. The lowest honesty rating belongs to car salespeople, at 8 percent.
