A majority of Americans think President Obama and Congress will go over the fiscal cliff, according to a new poll. 

Obama is meeting with business leaders at the White House over issues including the fiscal cliff.

Rep. Allen West is calling on a Florida court to order a recount in his race against Patrick Murphy, CNN reports. 

After losing his Senate bid in Virginia to Tim Kaine, George Allen says he does not plan to run for office again, The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports.
