House and Senate Leaders, Chairmen in the 113th Congress

This week's National Journal magazine has the latest political intel on the next Congress. 

Tuesday's election results mean that the top leadership spots in both chambers are not likely to see any turnover. And the same holds for committee chairmanships except in certain cases. 

In the House, GOP rules impose term limits for some chairmen, for instance. In the Senate, retirements are effecting change.
