Association TRENDS is out with its 2012 leading association lobbyists, culled from nominations by peers and colleagues. Here's the list:

  • Mike Johnson, executive vice president and chief advocacy officer, of the National Beer Wholesalers Association.

  • Steve Lamar, executive vice president of the American Apparel & Footwear Association.

  • Michael Petricone, government and regulatory affairs senior vice president of the Consumer Electronics Association.

  • Neil Trautwein, healthcare vice president of the National Retail Federation.
