Seyfarth Shaw Starts Energy Practice

Seyfarth Shaw is launching an energy and clean tech practice, the law firm announced today.

The Energy and Clean Technologies Practice Group will include 17 attorneys from across the firm and will focus on energy tax structuring and government funding and contracting, among other areas, the firm said in a statement.

Seyfarth Shaw did not spend on lobbying in 2012, according to data from the Center for Responsive Politics, but has contributed about $80,000 in political contests this cycle.
