Sandy Bumps Congressional Pro Forma Sessions

The House and Senate have postponed their pro forma sessions to later today due to Sandy.

Pro forma in the House and Senate, originally scheduled for 10 a.m., will be held at 4 p.m., according to leadership offices in both chambers.

Meanwhile, the federal government is closed while the D.C.-area recovers in the aftermath of the storm.
