Karl Rove-backed American Crossroads is behind an $11 million ad buy in eight closely contested states. The anti-Obama ad will start airing today and run for a week, Associated Press reports.

Vice presidential nominee and seven-term Congressman Paul Ryan says he supports a constitutional amendment placing term limits for members of Congress, National Journal reports.

Oh, and Ross Perot has endorsed Mitt Romney, National Journal reports.
