A "somewhat toned down" Republican Sen. Scott Brown and his Democratic rival Elizabeth Warren traded barbs in their second debate, Hotline On Call reports.

If lawmakers don't act to halt the effects of the sequester, they'll only need to look at their own offices to see the cutting effects, reports Roll Call. Funds for Congress are slated for an 8.2 percent cut, the paper reports.
