Hill veteran Jessica Boulanger is joining Business Roundtable as vice president for communications, the group tells the Alley.

She comes from online marketing firm New Media Strategies, where she served as vice president and headed up the public affairs practice.

Boulanger is no stranger to the Hill. She was press secretary for Rep. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., when he served as House Majority Whip. She also worked in the press shop for former Rep. Tom DeLay, R-Texas, when he was whip, and the shop of former Rep. Deborah Pryce, R-Ohio, when she was conference chair.

She was also once the communications director for the National Republican Congressional Committee.
