Today's Influence Ads: Consumer Electronics Association on Immigration Reform

The Consumer Electronics Association's new ad calls for strategic immigration reform that will "keep innovators in America."

The American Hospital Association's new ad, sponsored also by the American Medical Association and the American Nurses Association, warns of the impact from the impending sequester of Medicare spending.

Covanta Energy released two new ads that call for federal policy that encourages recovering energy from waste, and Lockheed Martin celebrated Charles Lindbergh's record-breaking transcontinental flight with a new ad.

The American Clinical Laboratory Association, Bell Helicopter and Boeing, Economy in Crisis, FairSearch.org, Johnson Controls and So Others Might Eat also put out new ads today.

Those with continuing ads, per Kantar Media's Washington Eye, include: America's Natural Gas Alliance, the American Cancer Society, Boeing, BP, Chevron, Goldman Sachs, McDonald's, Northern Dynasty Minerals, Northrop Grumman, the Nuclear Energy Institute, Research America, Southern Company, Wellpoint, Zurich, Altria and the American Petroleum Institute.
