New Hires: The Latest Job Moves on K Street

Rich Feuer Anderson, the government affairs firm with a focus on financial services, has hired Rachel Goldberg as a vice president, the company said Wednesday.
Goldberg's previous post was at Goldman Sachs, "where she focused on a broad cross-section of issues related to the Dodd-Frank Act, energy policy and strategic commercial opportunities in the energy sector," the firm said in a statement.
Before working at Goldman Sachs, Goldberg worked at Prism Public Affairs. In her new role, she will "act in lobbying, communications and business development capacities, and will also work to expand and serve the firm's energy practice," the statement said.
The National Propane Gas Association has hired three people to its team.
Mollie O'Dell is the group's new communications and media relations director, having worked most recently at Story Partners.
Jen Nawrocki is NPGA's new director of legislative affairs. She's worked on the Hill for eight years, including serving as the legislative director for Rep. Sean Duffy, R-Wis., and a staffer for Rep. Bill Young, R-Fla.
And Robby Helminiak is assuming the role of director of regulatory affairs at NPGA, having previously worked at the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute.
The American Council of Life Insurers has hired Jessica Hanson, previously with the Property Casualty Insurers, has VP for communications.
Ashley Gula has joined the Lampkin Group as vice president with a focus on communications and digital advocacy. Gula was previously at Quinn Gillespie, Direct Impact and New Media Strategies.
