Total Spectrum Adds Former Chase Exec. and Md. State Senator

Total Spectrum LLC is adding two partners. Eugene Swanzey and Dennis Rasmussen will bring their public and private business experience to the political and public affairs firm. 

Swanzey took an early retirement from Chase Manhattan Banking Corporation in 1999, where he worked for nearly 25 years. He served as Chase's senior vice president and director of government affairs, handling the company's public policy, regulations and legislation. Swanzey was also a senior aide for former New York Governor and Vice President Nelson Rockefeller. 

Rasmussen is a former Maryland State Senator, where he chaired the Finance Committee. Rasmussen also served on a number of private company boards in the alternative energy and real estate industries. He later started a lobbying and consulting practice.
