Republican National Convention attendees have a reputation for revelry, and in a new ad out today, the Distilled Spirits Council is urging moderation and safety in alcohol consumption.
A long list of new ads during the convention includes one from General Motors, touting an emphasis on environmental consciousness by calling the company a "completely new" GM. A new ad from the American Hotel and Lodging Association thanks the convention for its "$175 billion impact" on the Tampa economy and BP is out with another new ad touting themselves as committed to recovery in the gulf.
Microsoft, IBM, AT&T, Business Roundtable, and the National Restaurant Association all launched new ads today, as did the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association and National Business Aviation, American Gas Association, American Petroleum Institute, American Podiatric Medical Association, C-SPAN, Fluor Corporation, the Generic Pharmaceutical Association, Levine Cancer Institute, the National Association of Home Builders and TE Connectivity.
From Kantar Media's Washington Eye, those with continuing ads include: Altria, America's Natural Gas Alliance, American Petroleum Institute, Musicians On Call and Pfizer, Inc.
