The Hill reports that the tensions between House Speaker John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor have thawed.

Also from The Hill, House conservatives are telling Republican leaders they want to defund the health care law, even after Wednesday's vote to repeal the law won't go anywhere in the Senate. 

The AP previews Vice President Joe Biden's speech to the NAACP this morning. Mitt Romney, of course, was there yesterday.
