Moves: Former Tech Journo Kim Hart to Neustar

Former tech reporter Kim Hart, a friend of the Alley, has joined network technology company Neustar as their corporate communication director where she will lead media relations and public policy communications and report directly to senior vice president and general counsel Scott Blake Harris. 

Hart, well-known in Washington tech policy circles, is an alum of The Washington Post, Politico and The Hill.
