McConnell Introduces 'Obamacare' Repeal Bill in Senate

The volatile subject of repealing the 2010 health care law won't be contained to just the House, after Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell filed an amendment on Tuesday night repealing "Obamacare."

Whether the upper chamber will actually get to vote to undo the law will depend on Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and whether Republicans hold up action on the small-business bill now on the Senate floor.

The repeal bill, though, doesn't have a chance of passing the upper chamber.
