LDA Reports From Top Firms

Second quarter lobbying disclosure reports were due Friday, and we've got the numbers on some top firms. We'll be updating this post as more come in.

Cornerstone Government Affairs said it brought in $2.87 million in lobbying revenues between April and June, up slightly from $2.84 million in the first quarter. The firm reported $3.2 million in the second quarter of 2011.

Mehlman Vogel Castagnetti said it brought in $3.249 million in lobbying revenues between April and June. That's up slightly from $3.246 million in Q1 2012. They reported $3.249 million Q2 2011.

BGR Group said it brought in $3.5 million in lobbying revenues between April and June. That's up from $3.12 million in Q1 2012. The firm brought in $3.86 million in Q2 2011.

K&L Gates said it brought in $4.99 million in lobbying revenues between April and June. They reported $4.695 million in Q1 2012 and $4.58 million in Q2 2011.

Podesta Group
said it brought in $7.09 million in lobbying revenues between April and June. That's up from $6.62 million in Q1 2012 and $6.74 million in Q2 2011.

Akin Gump said earned $7.71 million in lobbying revenues between April and June. They brought in $7.85 million in the first quarter and $8.99 million in Q2 2011.

Van Scoyoc Associates said they brought in $6 million in lobbying revenues between April and June, up from $5 million in Q1 2012. The firm reported $6.7 million in Q2 2011.

Covington & Burling said they earned $3.09 million between April and June, up from $2.89 million in Q1 2012 and $2.96 million in Q2 2011.

Patton Boggs
said they brought in $11.97 million between April and June. That's down from the $12.22 million earned in Q1 2012 and $12.46 million in the Q2 2011.

Ogilvy Government Relations said they earned $4.73 million between April and June. Lobbying revenues totaled $5.04 million in the Q1  and $4.99 million in Q2 2011.

Cassidy and Associates reports they earned $3.95 million between April and June, the same amount the firm brought in during Q1 2012. They earned $4.91 million in Q2 2011.

Heather Podesta + Partners said they earned $2.09 million in lobbying between April and June. Lobbying revenues in Q1 2012 were $1.89 million and $1.74 million in Q2 2011.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck said they brought in $5.82 million in lobbying revenues between April and June. That's up from the $5.63 million they banked in the Q1 2012 and the $5.42 million made in Q2 2011.

Alston & Bird said they earned $3.48 million in Q2. They reported $3.29 million during the first quarter of 2012 and $3.46 million in the second quarter of 2011.
