House Sheds Clothes, Wins Clothing Drive Challenge

The House bested the Senate in the annual Congressional Dress for Success Challenge, held today.

All-in-all, representatives donated 613 items, including suits, shoes and accessories, while senators gave 581 items. The donated items benefit D.C. women-in-need who can't afford professional attire as they transition to the workforce.

This year was the third installment of the event run by FedEx, with the House winning two out of the three challenges to-date.
