Ervin | Hill Strategy Announces Hires

Ervin | Hill Strategy has two new hires for its communications and business development side, with Rhett Dawson joining the firm as principal and Tom Diemer, who will serve as senior communications advisor.

Dawson is the former president and CEO of the Information Technology Industry Council, the past senior vice president of law and public policy for Pepco and a former assistant to the White House's president for operations. Dawson was also the Senate Armed Services Committee's staff director and chief counsel. At Ervin | Hill Strategy, Dawson will provide guidance to CEOs on public and government affairs.

Diemer is a veteran Capitol Hill journalist. He's been with the Associated Press, The Plain Dealer, Politics Daily and has written extensively about Ohio and national politics. Diemer will work with Ervin | Hill Strategy clients to develop communications strategies as well as train and prepare company leaders for media interviews.
