Democrats Who Voted 'Yes' On Health Care Repeal

The health care repeal debate began Tuesday with votes on rules, and four Democrats broke ranks to side with Republicans.

The House Democrats voted to move the bill forward for consideration are Reps. Mike McIntyre of North Carolina, Dan Boren of Oklahoma, Mike Ross of Arkansas and Larry Kissell of North Carolina.

Boren and Ross have announced they're not running for reelection.

Republicans remained staunch in their opposition to health care as not a single member sided with the Democrats.

House members began a five-hour long debate after the votes on rules.
