News Roundup: Bill Miller to BRT; Chambers Weigh Highway Bill

Good morning and welcome to the Alley. Here's a look at what's going on.

Playbook reports that the Business Roundtable has named Bill Miller as senior vice president. Reports the Playbook: "Miller joined Brunswick Group in November after 12 years at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, most recently as senior vice president for Political Affairs & Federation Relations and the national political director."

The Hill reports that K Street is "bracing" for a "flood of regulations" after the health care ruling. Kevin Bogardus writes: " K Street had been preparing for the health law's individual mandate to be stripped from the law, a scenario that insurance companies warned would create chaos for their industry."

Both chambers are in early today, the House at 9 a.m. and the Senate at 10. On the agenda is the conference report for the so-called highway bill, HR 4348.
