Business Roundtabe Names Sonnesyn Director of Research

Business Roundtable today announced that Matt Sonnesyn will be its director of research, "responsible for shaping new policy initiatives and research efforts for BRT," according to a news release.

Sonnesyn most recently served as chief of staff to Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn.

Before he was Alexander's chief of staff, Sonnesyn was his chief policy aide and managed the day-to-day operations at the Senate Republican Conference.
