Today's Influence Ads: Casey Family Programs Marks National Foster Care Month

Casey Family Programs has a new ad out today marking National Foster Care Month and thanking President Obama and a bipartisan group of lawmakers who helped enact the Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act, according to a compilation of print influence ads by Kantar Media's Campaign Media Analysis Group. "The act gives more states flexibility to invest in safely reducing the need for foster care, preventing child abuse and neglect and supporting safe, stable and permanent families for more children," the ad says. "It is a critical step toward much-needed reform of the federal child welfare financing system."

As today's Washington Eye shows, the Alzheimer's Association, the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, Dassault Systemes, the National Association of Iranian Academics in Britain, National Retail Federation, Renewable Fuels Association, Toyota, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, United for a Free Syria, Westinghouse and Zurich have new ads.

Others with ads today are ABB, the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, Altria, America's Life Insurance Industry, American Beverage Association, Chevron, CIT Group, CTIA, CVS Caremark, International Council of Shopping Centers, Johnson Controls, Lockheed Martin, Mars, National Association of Realtors, Nuclear Energy Institute, Siemens, TriWest Healthcare Alliance, Volkswagen, WellPoint and WTOP.
