A group of medical device and healthcare organizations have a new ad out today calling on Congress to pass H.R. 436 and repeal the medical device tax, according to a compilation of print influence ads by Kantar Media
's Campaign Media Analysis Group
. "Repealing this tax will allow America's medical device developers, who support two million jobs nationwide, to invest in innovation - creating jobs and maintaining America's global leadership in new medical technology," the ad says. The ad is part of a larger advocacy campaign
led by AdvaMed
to stop the tax before it goes into effect in January.
