Morrison & Foerster Adds Co-Chair to Gov Contracts Practice

Morrison & Foerster has hired Brad Wine as a partner and co-chair for its government contracts practice group.  Wine was formerly a partner at Dickstein Shapiro and has specialized in investigations and alleged violations of the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He will lead the government contracts group with Rick Vacura.

"The government procurement process is complex and intensely regulated," Grant Esposito, the co-chair of the firm's litigation department, said in a statement. "With more companies doing business with the government, we are expanding our Government Contracts practice with a core of attorneys with proven capabilities in litigation, investigations, and compliance."
