Denise Dunckel is marking her last day as senior business leader of global corporate relations at Visa tomorrow before starting as the senior associate director of congressional affairs and communications at the Federal Housing Finance Agency May 14. She has also worked in the Department of Education and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
