GMA Hires Finkel for Gov Affairs Team

The Grocery Manufacturers Association has named Louis Finkel its executive vice president of government affairs, effective April 9. He's joining GMA from McGuireWoods Consulting, where he is vice president of federal public affairs and focuses in part on food, hunger and agriculture issues.

He worked as chief of staff for the House Committee on Science and Technology under chair Rep. Bart Gordon (D-Tenn.).
