Cassidy Partners with Ag Development Company

The lobbying shop Cassidy & Associates has formed an alliance with AgriThority - a consulting firm that works on agricultural development and training -- that it says will help expand its presence in the developing world.

The new partners have yet to sign clients, but potential ones include agribusinesses trying to expand overseas and foreign clients, including governments, looking for investment to improve agricultural systems. In that case, AgriThority can provide the on-the-ground know-how, while Cassidy offers connections to investors like aid groups and businesses, Cassidy vice chairman Gregg Hartley told the Alley.
