Chris Frates On Power, People And Influence From Capitol Hill To K Street

Mohit Ghose Back on the Market

After almost four years as Aetna's leading public policy spokesman, Mohit Ghose has left the nation's No. 3 insurer. Ghose is well known in Washington health policy circles, having worked for more than a decade at AHIP.

"I want to make sure you know that I recently left Aetna to pursue other opportunities," Ghose wrote in a note to friends. "The past four years at Aetna have been incredibly rewarding and challenging, but I am also looking forward to rebooting and spending some quality time with my lovely wife and our very busy three year-old, Mason."

As vice president of public affairs, Ghose represented the Fortune 100 company through the legislative and regulatory upheaval of health care reform and worked with major clients, consultants and brokers to navigate reform's business impacts.
