Osborne to Lead External Affairs at GOP Convention

Jason Osborne has been tapped as director of external affairs for the 2012 Republican National Convention, which will take place Aug. 27-30 in Tampa. At the 2004 and 2008 GOP Conventions, Osborne developed and led a special operations program. He was most recently at the public affairs firm MITA Group, and has worked at the National Rifle Association and for former Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alaska).
