Former CMS Official Joins Venable

Brenda Tranchida, former director of the program compliance and operations group at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, is heading to Venable as of counsel in its Washington and Baltimore offices. Tranchida, who spent 15 years at CMS, oversaw Medicare audit and enforcement programs. She started her legal career as an associate at Venable.
