Duane Morris, GSP Form New Gov Relations Company

Duane Morris Government Affairs and GSP Consulting Corp. have merged to form Duane Morris Government Strategies, a new government relations and public affairs company with more than 30 staffers across five states and Washington.

"The formation of DMGS allows Duane Morris to offer an expanded slate of services and wider geographic scope to clients seeking sophisticated advocacy and support," DMGA managing director Eric Martins said in a statement.

In addition to Washington, DMGS will operate offices in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Minnesota, Ohio and New Jersey.
