New Radio Ads Launch to Protect Entitlements

On Monday, the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare goes up with its first radio ads in its $2 million campaign to prevent cuts to Social Security and Medicare. The six-figure, two week buy includes English and Spanish spots on six Washington-area stations. The group then plans on expanding the ads into Ohio, Michigan and Massachusetts. Later this month, the organization plans on launching a TV ad campaign.
