ATA Hires Bush WH Alum as Top Lobbyist
Air Transport Association president Nick Calio continues to pick off White House alumni for his government affairs shop, announcing Wednesday that former Bush Administration senior lobbyist Christine Burgeson has joined the trade association.
As senior vice president of global government affairs, Burgeson will co-direct ATA's lobbying shop with Sean Kennedy, who joined the airlines' trade association in July from President Obama's legislative affairs office.
Burgeson and Calio go back a way.
