Previewing the Sunday Shows

White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough will make his first round of Sunday Show visits since being named chief of staff. He'll appear on Meet the Press, Face the Nation and This Week to discuss the White House's upcoming policy goals.

This Week also hosts Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., for an exclusive interview. Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich will join the show's panel to offer analysis of President Obama's State of the Union address.

Former Rep. Gabby Giffords' husband Mark Kelly will discuss gun violence on Meet the Press, and Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., will also appear on the show. California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom will be on the panel.

Face the Nation has Cardinal Donald Wuerl, the Archbishop of Washington, to discuss the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI. Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour and Newark Mayor Cory Booker will offer analysis of Obama's speech.

Fox News Sunday hosts Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.

Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., will be on both State of the Union and Capitol Gains to discuss the GOP plan to avoid sequestration. On State of the Union, he'll be joined by Sens. Jack Reed, D-R.I., Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and John Barrasso, R-Wyo., as well as former Rep. Steve LaTourette, R-Ohio.
