Previewing the Sunday Shows

This weekend the Sunday shows will look ahead to President Obama's State of the Union address, which is scheduled for Tuesday night.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi will appear on Fox News Sunday to discuss Obama's legislative goals. Freshman Rep. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., will preview the president's speech from the GOP perspective. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., will also join the show.

Sens. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and Angus King, I-Maine, will preview the speech on CNN's State of the Union. Former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates will appear on the show to discuss the confirmation hearings for Defense Secretary-designate Chuck Hagel and CIA director-designate John Brennan. The show's panel will feature former Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, and Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill.

This Week has Rep. Tom Cole, R-Okla., and Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., joining a large panel previewing the State of the Union.

Meet the Press has exclusive interviews with House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin. California Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom and Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed join the panel to discuss the events of the week.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., Sen. Jack Reed, D-R.I., and Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., are scheduled to appear on Face the Nation to talk about the controversy over the administration's drone policies.

Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., will appear on Al Punto to discuss immigration reform efforts and address the allegations that he solicited prostitutes on a trip to the Dominican Republic.
