Arizona Democrats Poke Fun at Obama in Email

President Obama's campaign fundraising emails have been widely mocked -- and the Arizona Democratic Party is getting in on it.

In a fundraising email sent out today, the subject line read "Can we meet up?" and the email came from "A Famous Celebrity." From the body of the email:

Just kidding! The fact is, unlike President Obama's Campaign emails, I am not Beyonce or George Clooney or Sarah Jessica Parker. I know you are disappointed we didn't get an actual famous celebrity to author this email, but I do have an exciting contest opportunity to announce. I know you will still want to enter and you could really get a chance to meet an actual celebrity, former Phoenix Sun, NBA All-Star and current Mayor of Sacramento, Kevin Johnson.

The Obama campaign sent an email from Beyonce Knowles a few weeks ago, with the subject line "I don't usually email you."
