Menendez Raises Nearly $1.7 Million

Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., raised nearly $1.7 million in the second quarter, bringing his on hand total to $10.3 million, his campaign announced Thursday.

Menendez ended the previous quarter with about $9.5 million in his campaign coffers. He holds a huge cash lead over general election opponent Joe Kyrillos, who had $2 million in the bank at the end of the period.
