Berkley Raises $1.5 Million

Rep. Shelley Berkley, D-Nev., has had a rough week -- but her campaign announced some good news Thursday. Berkley raised more than $1.5 million during the second quarter, and ended June with over $4 million in the bank.

Berkley's fundraising numbers have ticked up over the past quarters: she raised nearly $1.1 million in the final quarter of 2011, and brought in $1.3 million in the first quarter of the year.

Sen. Dean Heller, her Republican opponent, has yet to release his fundraising haul.
