With NRA Watching, 17 Dems Vote With GOP on Holder

When examining at the list of seventeen Democrats who bucked their party on Thursday and voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress (including Joe Donnelly, the lone Democratic Senate nominee to do so), it's worth considering the role the of National Rifle Association's decision to score the vote, which looks like it pushed more Democrats in distircts where gun rights are important toward voting with the GOP:
