Walker signed a controversial budget repair bill curing collective bargaining for public employees that enraged labor and liberal activists last year. But already, Democrats are signaling that they will make the recall about much more than collective bargaining. A Garin-Hart-Yang Research Group poll conducted for Barrett's campaign on Monday and Tuesday showed him leading Falk 41 percent to 27 percent.
