Proposed legislation in Arizona would effectively make it illegal to post negative comments on the Internet.

"The law would ban people from posting anything that would 'terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, offend or annoy another person," Jimmy Kimmel joked on Wednesday. "Which I think means Kim Kardashian is going to prison for a very long time."
