A Suffolk University/WHDH-TV poll conducted from Feb. 11-15 showed Brown leading Warren 49 percent to 40 percent while a private poll conducted from Jan. 31-Feb. 4 by Opinion Dynamics for Boston-based consulting firm Mass Insight Global Partnerships showed Brown leading Warren 52 percent to 42 percent. A WBUR-FM/MassINC poll conducted from Feb. 6-9 showed a neck-and-neck race, with Warren up 46 percent to 43 percent over Brown. A UMass-Lowell/Boston Herald poll conducted in early December showed Warren sporting a seven point lead over Brown. The Western New England University poll of 527 registered voters was conducted in partnership with the Republican newspaper in Springfield and Masslive.com from Feb 23-March 1, and carries a margin of error of +/- 4.3 percent.
