Starting Lineup: Nelson's New Challenger

Don't Miss: The Hotline's updated whip count of the Republican National Committee's chairmanship race: http://bit.ly/dSPDNn Sununu Picks Successor: Outgoing New Hampshire GOP Chair John Sununu is planning to endorse Cheshire County Republican Chair Juliana Bergeron to succeed him, James Pindell of WMUR scoops.
